55Beautiful property, and excellent host and communication! This was my first time using Sniffspot and I couldn't have possibly had a better experience. The property was very easy to find, the host communicated details and info up front with very helpful pictures, and everything went better than I had hoped. The property is fully fenced on all sides, with awesome winding trails mowed in through the grass and trees, and has a beautiful well kept pond the dogs absolutely loved. Can't wait to visit again and I am sure my dogs feel the same!

Welcome to West Willow Acres! Follow us on Instagram and tag us in your pics: @westwillowacres My husband, our dog, West, and I are so excited to share our little slice of heaven with you. The property is just over 8 acres and fully fenced with barb wire cattle fencing. The portion of the property around the house has more secure wire mesh fencing! We have lots of seating available, we just ask you don't come onto the porch for our dog's sake (: The property has meadows, trees, walking trails, and a pond for you and your pup to enjoy! Right off 35! Are you traveling down 35 with your pet? Take a pit stop at our Sniffspot and let your furry friend stretch their legs then be back on the road no problem!

HOST NOTE

We have not found ticks on our dog even after running through the tall grass but I still recommend that you check your dog afterwards. Our neighbor does have cattle that will occasionally come up to the fence (please do not approach if your dog can be aggressive). There is always the chance of poison oak in the taller grass so humans should be vigilant. Also we have seen the occasional ant hill. Although we have not seen any yet, always be aware of snakes since we are in the country. As mentioned above, the fencing is mostly 5 strand barbed wire cattle fencing. See 7th picture in profile for reference. An escape artist could crawl through some parts of the fence if they really tried.

I’ve seen lots of cool critters behind my fence as there is a small forrest and creek beyond my property. None have ever been aggressive. Owners with very small dogs need to take extra care that their dog doesn’t learn to escape through the rod iron fence. Some amenities are extra such as pool access. I also have an outdoor shower that could be used for dog washing that is extra.
