Description

This spot is shaded most of the day by beautiful trees. It has a doggie splash pad. There is room enough for fetch. It is out side city limits so very little traffic and no city noise. You will need to message me when you get there to get the code for the lock.

Additional rules

You will need to message me when you arrive so that i can give you the code for the lock. Please be on time, you forfeit your entire visit if you are late. Please park on the east side of the fence near gate, do not block the driveway, do not park on water hoses. There is a water hose connected to the dog splash pad (in summer months), just turn the gold lever at connection to turn water on and please turn off when you leave. Thank you!

Barbed wire fencing. Use gate that is shown in photo and park near gate in driveway to Hix Rd. Neighbors have dogs but they are kept penned up. They can be sometimes heard but not usually seen. There are prairie dogs and prairie dog holes. Dogs are ok to chase them but at your own risk, rarely are dogs able to catch them, but beware prairie dogs can carry diseases. There is a walking trail loop but no water availability. Interstate is close by but there is a barbed wire fence limiting access, however dogs should be monitored on that side of property as it can be easy to get through fence to highway.
