We offer a private, fenced backyard space ideal for dogs who want a safe place to sniff, explore, and relax without the pressure of a busy public dog park. 🚪 Easy, Contact‑Free Entry •Guests enter through a west‑side 6‑foot gate — no need to enter or pass through the house •A secondary interior wire fence separates the dog area from our garden space •Clear gate access makes visits simple and low‑stress 🐾 The Dog Space •Approximately 3000 sq ft dedicated dog area •Fully enclosed outer fencing •Shade trees for warmer days •Hose faucet available for drinking water or quick rinses •Space is best suited for 1–2 dogs at a time 💩 Cleanliness Expectations We work hard to keep the yard clean and enjoyable for everyone. Guests are expected to pick up after their dogs during their visit. •A poop scooper is provided •A trash can is available on‑site •No need to bring your own supplies The yard is professionally cleaned on a regular schedule, but active pickup during your visit helps keep the space pleasant for all guests. Thank you! 🚗 Parking •Free street parking available in front of the house and along the west side •Please note: some photos of parking show neighboring work vehicles (for example, dump trucks), which can vary day‑to‑day but do not impact access or parking availability 🏡 Neighborhood & What to Expect This is a quiet residential neighborhood, but like most neighborhoods, there may be normal, occasional sounds or sights, including: •Neighboring cats visible through a slatted red fence on the east side •A neighboring property to the north with a construction/storage business that may have light activity during the day •Chickens across the street to the south that may cluck, and dogs that may bark occasionally •A dog across the intersection to the southwest that rarely barks Our own dogs are kept inside the house and out of view, though they may occasionally bark if they hear activity in the yard. These sounds are intermittent, not constant, and most guests find the space calm and enjoyable. ✅ Good Fit For •Dogs who prefer private play over busy dog parks •Leashed walks supplemented by off‑leash sniff time •Owners who appreciate a clean, well‑maintained space and clear expectations ✨ We take pride in maintaining the yard and want all guests to feel comfortable and informed before booking.
