Short Hill Field & Pond

Our spot is 10 acres of open flat land with a large spring-fed pond. It's perfect for dogs that love to swim, play long distance fetch, or just run in open space. We provide a large selection of toys, 30ft floating leash, extra poop bags, and a dedicated waste bin. Nestled in a peaceful natural setting, this spacious open paddock gives dogs room to run, sniff, decompress, and enjoy structured outdoor time away from crowded dog parks. Perfect for: - reactive dogs - high-energy dogs - recall and obedience training - private playdates - working breeds - enrichment-focused outings - safe off-leash exercise This is the initial iteration of the Canine Cardio Adventure Field, and we plan to continue expanding and improving the space over time. We live on the property with our two rescue dogs (but they will be kept away and inside the house during your visit). *PLEASE READ* I HAVE A POOL! Dogs, and their humans, are welcome in the pool by booking the appropriate EXTRA. Treating the pool for dogs cost extra and as such I need to charge so as to not lose money by offering it to guests. Two humans per dog is the limit. Please be mindful of this when booking. Thank you for respecting this rule. The pool bathroom IS AVAILABLE for your use while enjoying the park. Be sure to keep it clean and tidy as this is a shared space. Thank you! Stop on by to my fully fenced and mosquito treated yard. Plenty of space for your pup(s) to run around and get their zoomies out and lots of chairs, and plenty of parking which is saying a lot for northern Virginia.
