Full use of 2 fire pits, screened in porch with doggy door. Lighting, conhole, outside umbrella table, chairs, large garbage can, smoking ashtrays in screened in porch, doggie bags, wifi, water hose, large powerful fan in screened porch. Parking at garage. I also have an even bigger non fenced front yard with a tie out and a sitting porch to watch pets if interested
