We have five acres on mostly wooded land that we’d love to share with your dog/s! Behind the house there is a large mowed lawn/hill that leads to a pond that’s perfect for chasing frogs and swimming. Behind the pond are trails and bridges through the woods. There are chairs for people at various places around the property and a hose by the driveway to wash off muddy pups. There is no bathroom for people but the town of franklinville is ten minutes away and there’s a great coffee shop there to stop of the way to or from the property.

It borders the neighbors’ backyards on the east side and is open to a 40 acre field on the west side. Small Wildlife such as woodchucks, bunnies, or squirrels etc. may find their way into the fenced field area- use at your discretion. The terrain is lightly rolling and irregular - pasture, Watch your step. Drive between the blue and the red garages, down the lane to the silver gate and park anywhere between the little old red barn and the gate entrance. Don’t forget to secure the gate when you come and go!
