Looking for a peaceful, spacious place for your pup to run, sniff, and just be a dog? You’ve found it 🤍 Our property offers 5–10 acres of open roaming space (out of 65 total acres), perfect for off-leash play or long-leash exploring. Whether your dog loves to sprint, sniff, or just wander, there’s plenty of room to do it safely. 🐶 What to Expect: • Large, open land with tons of space to run • Quiet, private setting with minimal distractions • Great for reactive dogs or pups who need their own space • Cattle are present in the distance and visible from parts of the property 🚗 Parking & Property Guidelines: • Please park to the left of the house only • Do not block the driveway • Do not park on the grass • Please stay within the designated roaming area (5–10 acres) • No access to the barn ⚠️ Important Property Notice: There is a fenced cattle pasture located behind the gate on the property containing approximately 40 cattle, a bull, and a pond. The cows are generally very sweet, but there are also calves/babies in the pasture, so please use caution and be respectful of the livestock. Guests who choose to enter that area with their dogs do so entirely at their own risk. We do not monitor or maintain that section for dog activity and cannot guarantee the behavior of the livestock or the safety of pets or guests inside the pasture area. Once beyond the gate, guests assume all responsibility and liability. ✨ This is a relaxed, nature-filled spot meant for you and your dog to enjoy some freedom and fresh air. We just ask that you respect the space so we can continue sharing it with others. We can’t wait for you and your pup to come explore 🐾🌾
