Description

Small acreage homestead in a rural pocket of Denton County, just seconds from stores and shopping. Here you will find large oak trees, grassy fields, swimming pool, swing set, and even horses to admire or befriend across the fence. My dogs love it here and I know yours will too!

I try to mark with flags. There will likely be remnants of horse manure. Many dogs consider this a treat!

Either or both of my big, white, furry dogs come out to play with yours! If for some reason any of the playmates aren't loving it, I'll put them back in in a jiffy. Must be arranged with host specifically to confirm availability.

Peanut butter Kong$3

Go nuts with a Kong toy stuffed with peanut butter! Lick out all you can during your stay, then leave Kong at the back gate.

Scrub & Shake bath time$1

Usage of hose (located near entrance gate), tie-line, dog shampoo, scrub mitt, and beach towel for getting your pooch nice and clean for the ride home. Specific instructions for hose usage to follow upon reservation.

Wade and splash in mini-pool$5

Another opportunity to get wet! Small plastic pool filled with clean water in a grassy area near all the rest of the fun.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    When I tell you that my pups all rescues- an older lab mix, a pittie, and a catahoula mix were beyond excited to sniff around, it is no understatement. Go for the pasture add-on!!! My doggos had a sniffing good time. The car ride was much more quite returning home since all three were stretched out in the back. We'll definitely schedule another visit.

    What a wonderful spot! Enzo had no problem seeing the horses close by or hearing the neighbors dogs in the far distance. He was very excited to go swimming and zoom around the lawn to position himself to go swimming again. Repeat repeat repeat 😂❤️. Thanks for a great day.

    What a beautiful property with happy animals. Grace was very attentive to us and so kind. Our German shepherd had an absolute blast. He ended up splitting a nail open halfway through our time and we left early. Grace was so quick to respond and rushed out to help us look at him and gave us some gauze and tape for his foot, which she did not have to do. We will definitely be back next time and with a thank you gift for you and your dogs! 10000/10.

    We reached out spur of the moment and Grace was really communicative and helpful in getting everything arranged. The property was very peaceful and lovely- for those with reactive dogs please be aware they might see horses, chickens, and neighbors’ dogs through a fence. Our dogs had so much fun and were wiped out by their visit in the best way. Thanks again for having us!

    We had the absolute best time at this Sniffspot!! This place has it all! There was a pool to swim in, yard to have the biggest zoomies, lots of things to sniff and explore, and giant puppies (horses) to watch. The host was so kind and very responsive. Honey and Woofles had the most amazing time and we will certainly be back for more adventures!

    This place was so nice! It was private and relaxing! The pool and seating areas were awesome and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our puppy to run and explore. The host was welcoming and responsive. Definitely recommend!
