55It was fun! Lots of space to run around and explore, dogs loved it. The pond was very muddy (which is okay!) my dogs got very dirty but I was prepared! The cattle were very curious but friendly, and watched us. They approached a few times and probably got within 20 feet. My dogs are well trained and handled it fine but just be aware!
55Big space for running around. Cattle didn’t mess with us and were sweet. Our Dane loved swimming in the pond, though it was very muddy (we were warned). Dogs came home with a couple ticks :/ but other than that it was great!
55Lots of mature, large trees with great shade! We were able to basically hop from shady spot to shady spot and even the car was able to be parked in the shade. It made visiting on a nearly 100 degree day doable. We did have to tick check at the end (but that’s everywhere in Texas so no biggie).

Guests have access to large open roaming areas with plenty of room for zoomies, long-line exploring, recall practice, training, or simply wandering together and enjoying the fresh air. 🌾 WHAT YOU’LL LOVE: • Large open grassy areas with tons of room to explore • Mature trees and shaded areas • Quiet, peaceful country setting • Private reservations with minimal distractions • Great for reactive dogs or pups who prefer their own space • Beautiful country views and Texas sunsets • Cattle and other country life may be visible during your visit 🐕 IMPORTANT — UNFENCED PROPERTY: The main dog-roaming areas are unfenced. Dogs should have reliable recall or remain on an appropriate leash or long line. Please supervise your dog at all times. Wildlife and other animals may occasionally be present on this rural property. 🐄 CATTLE PASTURE + POND: There is a fenced cattle pasture located through the gate to the right of the barn. The pasture includes a pond and approximately 40 cattle, including a bull and cows with calves. Guests who choose to go into the cattle pasture with their dogs are welcome to do so, but please keep in mind that this is an active livestock pasture and is not maintained specifically for dog activity. Cattle behavior around unfamiliar people and dogs can be unpredictable, especially when calves are present. If you choose to enter the pasture, please keep your dog under control, give the cattle plenty of space, never allow your dog to chase or harass the livestock, and leave all gates exactly as you found them. 🚗 PARKING & PROPERTY GUIDELINES: • Park to the left of the house only • Please do not block the driveway • Please do not park on the grass • No access to the barn • Please respect all gates, fencing, livestock, and private areas 💧 Please bring drinking water for you and your pup, as there is no outdoor water source available on the property. ✨ Whether your pup wants to sniff every blade of grass, get some serious zoomies out, practice recall, explore the countryside, or simply relax with you, we hope you enjoy your time here.
