Description

1 acre, fully fenced, with small pond and lots of open area to run! Gorgeous water feature in the pond gold fish in the small ponds . Lots of flowers, flowering trees, etc. Very beautiful yard. "This spot has a water feature, make sure to review these guidelines for visiting spots with water before visiting: https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water" The pond does have blanket algae, which is not dangerous like bloom algae. My dogs drink it, but please go by your comfort level. There will be fresh water available. Dogs are allowed in the big pond, but please do not allow them in the 2 small ponds. If you allow your dogs into the natural pond, they will come out dirty, please feel free to use the hose to clean them. The hose is not available as long as the nights are below freezing. There are frogs and snakes and goldfish. There is a hose and a baby pool your dogs are welcome to use, only available when weather is warm .

This spot is lovely! Our boys had a great time running around the space, sniffing the bushes, and relaxing in the shade. This will definitely be a spot that we visit often.

This spot is always fun and interesting for Lucy. I think I am going to make this our permanent spot. It’s a little far for me, but it’s worth it. Lucy tends to want to leave a spot almost as soon as we get there, and she doesn’t do that here, which makes me very happy! Just a word to those who bring their own tennis balls, bring more than one! We lost ours in the beautiful bushes in the center of the yard, and I didn’t want to trample through them to find it. I will be brining plenty of tennis balls next time!
Host replied: Thank you, I'll find your ball for you! FYI, my dogs go in those bushes all the time, so you can let Lucy find her ball next time. Also, there are balls in the clear container at the patio, under the little awning!

The space was so fun for my dog to explore, with different little areas throughout offering different smells and sounds. Easy access all around, from arriving to parking to the yard itself. Yard was clean and completely enclosed. I felt safe letting my dog run freely and he had an absolute ball.

Beautiful spot with lots of places to sniff! We loved the pond feature especially. Our dog loves to play fetch and the owner provided tons of toys to do so! Well definitely be going back :)

My name is Melanie, I just bought this gorgeous yard for my 3 dogs and I thought other dogs may love it too. I run a national dog rescue, so am very dog savvy. Unless you need me, I plan to never bother you and your dogs enjoyment.

Our property is approximately 1/2 mile off the road making it safer for your pup! Come visit our secluded and serene location in Sunbury, Ohio. Take a load off near our beautiful white barn with plenty of seating and a fire pit. We will supply the wood, but please bring something to start the fire with (matches/lighter). Roam the property, take a hike on over 1 mile of well kept trails, or just walk around the barn to check out all of our chickens! We do have a few barn cats that are all friendly, and up to date on all vaccines. When you’re all done playing, drive up the road to visit Henmick Farm brewery. Their outdoor area is leashed dog friendly and they serve the best food trucks, beers and cocktails! *please note, there are streams along the trails they dry up during summer months, but the large pond is not our property.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
