Welcome to Arias Under the Oaks! We offer a peaceful, rustic 0.75-acre slice of natural Atascadero countryside. Your dog will love exploring the wide-open flat ground, fully cooled and shaded by a canopy of beautiful, mature oak trees. It is a quiet, low-traffic alternative to crowded public parks, making it ideal for dogs working on long-line recall training or playing a calm game of fetch. We offer easy, contactless driveway parking so you can pull right in and head straight out under the trees without any hassle. This is a private residence with a large unused natural rustic area for pups to explore. There is wildlife in the area but generally does not hang out on the property. Driveway Gaps: The property is not fully enclosed; there are wide, open gaps at the main driveway area.Deer Opening: There is a low opening along the side fence line designed to let local deer pass through.Poison Oak: A patch of native poison oak is located down in the lower gully area of the property.Neighbor Dogs: The next-door neighbor has two dogs in a fenced yard that may occasionally bark at the fence line.Natural Terrain: The ground under the oak trees is rustic, natural dirt and cut weeds, which may have uneven spots or loose oak branches.

1. Keep out of the gully: Strictly avoid the lower gully area due to native poison oak. Stay on the upper flat lawn under the trees. 2.Pick up all poop: You must clean up after your dog using the bags and trash station provided at the entrance. 3.Strictly contactless: Please do not ring the doorbell or approach the main house windows. Your privacy and mine are fully respected. 3. No smoking or vaping: To protect the dry oak property from fire risks, smoking is strictly banned everywhere on the lot. 4. Leash at the driveway: Keep your dog securely on a leash until you pass the open driveway gaps and enter the main tree area
