The land is fully fenced with a privacy-style fence, offering visual separation and a sense of security that many reactive or easily overstimulated dogs benefit from. While there are neighbors nearby, there is no sidewalk running directly along the fence, and foot traffic is minimal. For visitors, we provide chairs for humans, and for dogs we offer kiddie pools, hoses, and sprinklers for extra fun and cooling off on warm days. We are on .55 acres and plenty for your fur babies to sniff. We also have a pool they can utilize for an ADDITIONAL COST and a seating area for you moms and dads to hang out. Just please make sure your pets do not get on the furniture. The deck has a fridge stocked with cold beverages, a smart tv to enjoy a show or music. Help yourself to our coffee bar during the winter! (Hot tub not available for use)

Welcome to our private, fully fenced ½-acre backyard in Kyle! There’s plenty of room for your dog to run, explore, play fetch, or simply enjoy some off-leash time in a quiet, private setting. Our backyard also has an in-ground swimming pool that dogs can enjoy with the pool add-on. Because the pool is located within the fenced yard and is not separately gated, please select the pool add-on if your dog will be swimming or entering the pool during your visit. The space is reserved for one booking at a time, so you and your dog can relax and enjoy the yard without encountering unfamiliar dogs. This can be especially nice for dogs who need a little extra space or aren’t comfortable at traditional dog parks. Please note: The swimming pool is for dogs only. Human swimming is not permitted. Guests are responsible for supervising their dogs at all times, especially around the pool. We hope you and your pup enjoy having a private place to run, play, sniff and cool off! 🐾
