Always a lovely time here.
1st time visiting and doggo had a blast! Sad to see this spot is closing.
Even in the rain, the dogs and I had a great time. More tomorrow. Thank you
A perfect oasis - thank you for sharing your space !
We have taken our dogs, 2 or 3 at a time, to many Sniffspots and this one is by far the best. It is thoroughly fenced but has such variety of terrain that the dogs are very happy to explore for a long time after they tire of racing each other thru the grass. A quick splash in the pool is great on hot days. There is enough room for the humans to walk, sit in the sun or in the shade under the huge evergreen tree. There are toys, poop bags, and a lost and found spot. Even a few delicious plums. We really like this spot. It is our go-to.
Always an awesome spot with lots of room for zoomies.
An amazing space that the pups loved! Will be back!
We've been coming to Room for Zoomies SniffSpot for over two years now. It's a wonderful, enriching part of our dog's lives, and we're so grateful for Lorraine and family sharing their beatiful property :)
It's always a fun time at Room for Zoomies. It's a regular part of good quality "pack" time for us :)
A great place for water dogs and high-energy dogs, appropriately named “zoomies!”

Front of the property has 5 foot chainlink fencing and is fully secured from the road. Side of the property is mostly bush, so not easy to escape from. Supervision is required.
WEATHER ALERT: If you are checking the weather online check the Ferndale (98248) weather. The Bellingham weather stops at the Smith Road. My prevailing wind is from the South BUT I do get the cold NE wind from Canada. NOTE: This is an acreage area which formerly held dog events; barn hunt, earth dog, carting, rally, obedience, tracking and nose work. The off leash area was set up for the dogs to have a place to run and play safely away from the other dogs when not working. This is all sandy loam so no standing water even when it rains. There is a water faucet down by the smaller barn (west side). You are welcome to fill your dog's bowls. Just be sure you turn the water off after. I have put some folding chairs just inside the big door of the barn. You are welcome to use them. I have also put a shovel out there so you can fill in any holes your dog digs. It is important you put balls back in the crate, they do not do well under the mower (the mower doesn't like it either. Please fill in any large holes your dog digs, so my mower doesn't bog down in one. if you want a bit more room to run your dogs, you may close the 2 big gates and let your dog run in the "parking area". It is all fully fenced. Be aware, the big gate into the back pasture does have a gap under it. THE BACK PASTURE IS OFF LIMITS THERE IS LIVESTOCK BACK THERE! PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG EVEN IN THE BIG AREA. THANK YOU!!!

15+ fully fenced grassy acres, including a pond. Acreage is divided into 3 areas, with gates open or closed to limit or expand running space. Higher areas are drier, puddles in the lower spots. Pastures are vacant through the winter months. Parking is along a private gravel dead-end road. There is a SniffSpot sign on the double green gate. There are occasional dog-walkers along the road, but otherwise the spot is private.
Timber Paws is a dog day camp service operating in and around the Bellingham, WA area. During non-operating hours our private and fully fenced-in dog park area is available for rent via Sniffspot. Take advantage of nearly 2 acres of natural, wooded terrain with plenty of space to run, chase, and fetch. The Pacific Northwest Trail, a through-hike trail hundreds of miles long, runs directly through our property via the gravel road and allows you to go on hikes of virtually unlimited duration. Please note that the standing propane heater is NOT for Sniffspot users. Please also keep out of the tiny house - guests are NOT permitted to enter. Any usage or tampering with the heater or tiny house will result in a loss of future booking privileges. Destruction of on-site toys will also result in a loss of future booking privileges if compensation is not provided.

Fully fenced 20 acre space with a large front field and 10 acres of forest in the back with maintained trails throughout. Covered seating (in the field & woods), portapotty, yard hose on site, see 'amentities' for a full list of features. There are seasonal streams and ponds in the woods with foot bridges and woodchips to keep mud to a minimum walking the main trails. Plenty of high/dry areas in the field and woods but also low spots - expect puddles, mud holes, areas of standing water (and a wet/dirty dog), especially during/after rain. Appropriate outerwear, traction footwear (hiking/muck boots etc), towels recommended. Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance. Some days can fill fast but plans change & reservations get modified/canceled (2+hrs beforehand) - check back for an opening if interested. Thank you for being considerate of our space by reading and abiding by spot specific rules included in this listing. First time visitors get a customized auto-message 2hrs beforehand with helpful info.
Off West Pole Road, there’s a little lane next to a DeWildes nursery field. Our front field has a hidden gate (see pictures!) that will let you into our fully fenced front field. The grass is field grass and a little more rough and uneven than a yard lawn, i.e. diggers welcome!!
