There is very little time that the crop area is restricted. When the pumpkins are grown, it is fun to walk up the rows and we welcome the pups to be in there, take photos etc. If you visit during planting, we ask the dogs stay out of that area as that can damage the crop. There is lots of space to run and walk/hike. The perimeter trail is approximately 3.5km. There is short grass, tall grass the dogs can go in and out all over the field in the front and middle of the property. As well as up the hill trail.

There is a temporary fence on one side with a very small gap underneath; however, it is not large enough for most dogs to pass through. It is peaceful and quiet, there is no road noise .It is spectacular and a safe peaceful place to walk and play with your dog companions. Pull in at the west driveway of the Farm following the tree planted driveway to the field. Park in the grass area before you cross the ditch , before you cross into the berry field.The ditches have clean water in them - your dogs are welcome to play in the water. I know my dogs LOVE IT!!! Our space has been a favorite for people with reactive dogs as you literally have wide open space all to yourself and your dog companion. April 2023 Field is currently all in grass- We will take first cutting grass off sometime the first couple weeks of May. I will keep you posted here.

Fallen branches, wildlife and other normal outdoor conditions may occasionally be present. 🐦🐿️ The lowest fencing is approximately 4 feet high. This field may not be suitable for dogs that can jump, climb or escape over a 4-foot fence. 👀 PRIVACY AND DISTRACTIONS Our family dogs do not enter the Sniffspot field during confirmed reservations. They may occasionally be seen or heard from our separate family yard or house. Dogs, people, cyclists, vehicles and other animals may also sometimes be seen or heard outside the property. This is a good option for dogs that benefit from private space but can tolerate occasional sights and sounds. Peaceful 1-Acre Nature Field for Dogs - Fort Langley

A private, gently rolling acre of natural farm land in Fort Langley, kept for one dog group at a time. No other dogs in sight or earshot, no road noise, just open space and quiet. This isn't a flat backyard lawn. It's wild grass, mowed low enough to run and sniff freely, with soft rises and dips and a wide-open, ranch-country feel. A natural freshet runs along one edge, songbirds are always around, and the occasional rabbit gives the bold ones something to chase. The whole acre is fully fenced with a secure gate, so off-leash is genuinely off-leash. Even the bold rabbit-chasers stay contained. There is a play structure to keep your kids busy. Welcome to our SUMMER PROGRAM starting April 1st. Our summer program includes fun, parkour and agility equipment to learn and bond with your dog. Bring treats for training! There is also a box of toys and a lost n found available. Water is provided. Please use the pooper scooper to pick up after your dogs. There is plenty of room to play ball or practice obedience or run. This is a farm setting but we are in a residential area so please cognizant of noise either by humans or dogs. Off West Pole Road, there’s a little lane next to a DeWildes nursery field. Our front field has a hidden gate (see pictures!) that will let you into our fully fenced front field. The grass is field grass and a little more rough and uneven than a yard lawn. When possible, please fill any dug-up spots so as to keep people and pups from tripping or getting hurt!

Lake Cavanaugh K9 Ranch

22 forested acres with private trails and an open field area located in the power line clearing. Includes private land access to state forest trails with views. Once you park you will see the trail entrance into the forest in front of you. Take the trail down to the creek. Water levels in the creek vary depending on the time of year. Cross the creek using the foot bridge and head through the forest. In about .3 miles you will come out into the powering line clearing. Feel free to explore everything in front of you and to the left (north). There are several wide open grass spaces in the power line to play fetch or just let the dogs run and be dogs. I will send you detailed instructions for the hike up the mountain upon request. This is a real hike and I recommend hiking attire. Please bring water for yourself and your dogs. The hike is about 3.5 miles and 800 feet of elevation gain. I recommend booking at least 2 hours to complete. If you want to hang out and enjoy the views you may want to book more than 2 hours.
