55We had so much fun today! Luna was in heaven! She played in the water, dug for treasure in the dig spot and ran free through the trails and in the clearing. The property is beautiful and Luna loved the treat bag that was left for her. Thanks so much for a great morning adventure!

55You know when you show up and just know this is a true dogs place? This is it! Directions written are super helpful, parking is simple and marked and the trails start right away. You can tell almost instantly how much Tammy cares, and obviously goes out of her way to make sure that you and your furbabies have a blast! Trails are really well marked and I was thankful for that. She left a personalized treat bag for my girls, she has everything from water, toys to bug spray. (Take the fly swatter for any annoying bugs!) From all the little details, to the really well maintained trails to the dig spot, field and springs, my girls had the best time! The spring is beautiful. My pittie appreciated the dig spot, and my border collie was obsessed with the open field and then laying in the spring to cool off. Really groovy spot! Highly recommended. Thanks, Tammy!
55I booked this because I have a dog reactive dog and can't take him anywhere where someone else's dogs might be off leash. I just wanted to walk him in the woods and not have to worry and be on guard. It was perfect, my older dog can't go too far anymore and my other dog actually got to enjoy the woods. Easy to find, easy to see where to park, they had a sign. At the trailhead there paper towels, bug repellent, baby wipes and fresh water for the dogs. My dogs enjoyed this and I would visit again.
55Our favorite Sniffy Spot in the Lebanon/Lancaster/Berks area! Clean, unique, well maintained. Everything we look for in a good spot!
55We LOVE this spot, and so did our Kaito! There was great direction given on how to get to the property. It was well maintained and the trail itself was very clearly marked. At the head of the trail they had a whole area for bug spray, towels, trash can, and various treats and toys. They also set out a small baggy of treats specifically for Kaito. We were left alone, no one bothered us. We did have a small experience with wildlife, but that’s expected. Love this spot, we’ll definitely be going back!!!
55This Sniffspot was fantastic! There were signs that pointed due to different areas & my dogs loved each of the areas! Right at the parking spot, there are complementary towels and wipes and toys and bug spray for you and your pups! My dog especially enjoyed the creek area and we will absolutely be coming back!

Description

Mostly flat terrain for easier walking. Some trails are rocky, some have alot of protruding roots, ground is uneven in areas. You're very likely to see squirrels and deer. Occasional dog barking in the background. Sometimes neighbors mowing/ kids playing. Pretty private, but not completely isolated. You might see a car driving past. Clearing will be squishy and back trails might be muddy after it rains. Not necessary to bring poop bags, just relocate it if it ends up where you walk. Springs for your dogs to drink from. Some toys and treats provided, so all you need is your dog 🐶 Orange stakes and markers give a general idea of where to go, the property is between 2 driveways and a natural bushy barrier that makes it difficult to access neighboring properties so no worries about trespassing 😊 4 or more dogs use code lotapupz and save $5 Thanks for visiting!
