Come enjoy this beautiful, fully fenced, 2 acres nestled amongst the countryside of South Mountain State Park’s Black Rock Ridge!

We have 3 fenced in areas ranging in size along with basic agility equipment and short trails. There is a total of 10 acres that include fenced in areas and trails! We are a training facility that specializes in patrol, protection and odor detection dogs. We also offer basic obedience and behavior modification.

Fully fenced in yard with access to water and toys and clean grass. Feel free to let your dog run to their hearts content and have a ball.

Welcome to Greek Lake Acres! We are located in Stephens City and we have 23 acres in total. About 5 acres are open grassy fields with an acre sized pond for swimming in the middle, surrounded by wooded complete with a few trails. Feel free to message me after booking for directions- GPS can sometimes try to take you through Lake Fredrick and you can NOT get to us from there. The lake is "swim at your own risk" as we do not have a life guard on duty. The water edge slopes so you can come out with ease. There is NO FISHING permitted in the pond. Again, there is no lifeguard on duty, dogs swim at the responsibility/risk of their owner Picnic tables are available near the waters edge and also in the trees next to the pond for shade. On the picnic table we have some floating toys for retrieving and also some sanitary bags if you need any. We are pesticide and fertilizer free, so please make sure you have tick/flea preventative because ticks love the woods! We are not fenced in, so recall is very important. The neighbors do have dogs, some wander so friendliness is important. We have chickens to live in their coop, who will remain safe in their coop during your visit. The property does have an abundance of wild life, including but not limited to deer, turkey, geese, ducks, squirrels and fox, but they do not stay around humans or dogs. There is a hose to wash off and drink from. (On the house next to the camper) Parking is on the lake side driveway near the green sign (see photos) Please note we are often outside enjoying our property as well. If you look at the photos, we typically stay in the “red X” area. If we have guests, our dogs are secured in the house. We can’t wait to see you!

Welcome to our farm retreat minutes away from downtown Gettysburg. Our 6-acre fully fenced Sniffspot, adjacent to Oakside community park, offers a private oasis for your furry friends to roam, sniff, and play. If home we will make sure to provide water for your pup! We provide essential amenities such as waste bags, tennis balls, hand sanitizer, and a table with chairs for your convenience. Delicious farm fresh eggs are also available for purchase under extras! As new hosts, our hope is your experience at our Sniffspot is enjoyable and stress free. In order to keep the spot as clean as can be for fellow guests please make sure to clean up after your pets as we don’t always have time in between visits to check the entire 6 acres.
