Description

10 beautiful acres, including a slightly sloped field, pond, and steep wooded area. There is a barn halfway up the hill. Partially fenced, please respect property lines (marked with fence, small flags, and posts). *The fence does not surround all 10 acres. Please exercise caution, as this is primarily unimproved, raw land. All guests are responsible for themselves and their dogs safety.

This is primarily unimproved, raw land. It was once a working farm, so old farm materials (bits of wire fencing, old tires/debris) may be found in the woods. Please use caution if you choose to venture into the woods. There is pasture, woods, and a pond - any hazards one might expect in areas such as these should be expected and caution used. Dogs should be especially good at recall on this property. Please use caution around the barn, do not enter the barn.

Open field for your dog to run. NOTE: CELL SERVICE is unreliable, texting a bit better. GPS is unreliable as well. Before your first visit, you should get an auto-message 2 hours before your reservation with turn by turn directions. Now on to the good info. The primary area is about 1 1/2 acres. I use it for dog sports such as Toss and Fetch (disc). It is ideal for throwing a ball, a disc, or just letting your dog run. There is a shed in this area that has chairs, toys, etc. for guests. There is an agility field, available by special permission only, for those with prior agility experience. See extras.
