Come and enjoy our beautiful spot with your dog(s). There is plenty of sun, shade, space to run, a covered lanai with Adirondack chairs, and a screened pool to cool off in. All guests (dog & human) are welcome to have fun in the pool!

HOST NOTE

Gates/Road: Please keep your dog(s) leashed from your car through both gates until you are inside the spot. Our road can be busy at times, so this is a safety precaution. The 1st gate is the 6 ft vinyl entry into the main backyard, and the 2nd gate (around back of house) is your entrance to the dedicated pool/play spot. The property has a 6 ft privacy fence all the way around, but the chain link fence divides the play spot from the rest of the yard. Please close all gates behind you for safety. Main Yard Area: We occasionally use the detached garage in main yard and open the car fence gate for entry/exit to the road. This is the area you walk through to get to and from the pool/play spot. You may see myself, a neighbor, or a car/truck parked next to the garage. This is a very low probability during your visit, but as a precaution it is another reason to keep your dog(s) leashed as you walk through the main yard until you are behind the closed gate in the pool and play spot; or, when you are exiting and going back to your car. Camera Disclosure: We have home security cameras present and visible. Pool Safety: There is no lifeguard on duty. All guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their pets in and out of the water. We're a 1 acre property tucked into a little corner of rural area off of 39 in Zephyrhills. The area is bustling with farm life. We have some areas that are sunny and some that are shaded. It's relatively quiet, but does have moments of farm activity. Some of the wildlife that you may see in the area are: Sandhill Cranes, Red Cardinals, Bluejays, Catbirds, Pileated Woodpeckers, Eastern Gray Squirrels, Black Vultures, and Red Shoulder Hawks.
