55Still a great time. My dogs look forward to tongue out Tuesday weekly!
55My dogs love this place. My Aussie doesn’t want to leave. Today was muddy and they are so thoughtful to put out towels. My shepherd has storm anxiety and didn’t make a noise after last time we were here. This has made a huge difference to be mellow dogs for at least for a day. .
55It was so much fun! My Aussie Legend is just coming off an injury and needed a place to test him. We played for a half an our and today he isn’t limping. So we will be returning very soon. It was very welcoming with a welcome sign and water. It was funny because Legend loves soccer balls but was overwhelmed how many they were. He was a little scared they were all together. It was hysterical. He did find one he liked and was happiest I have seen him since the injury.
55This was our first sniff spot visit & it was emotionally amazing!! Highly recommend this yard! So safe and super gorgeous even at night too. They had lights set up lining the fence. Just so wonderful, I literally had to hold back tears. They had fresh water, treats, toys and a waste bin. My reactive Bella had such a great time being off leash just exploring. 1000/10 this is a GREAT one and will be back frequently.
55Nice, clean, open, fenced in space. There are all kinds of fun things to sniff around and clear spaces to run and romp for the doggos. One side of the yard is fenced off with a privacy fence, there is a dog on the other side of that fence, which caused us to have to stop and take a break, as two of my three are a bit dog reactive, and we could hear the owner's pup barking inside (that only caused some head tilting) but otherwise it was really quiet and they were able to run and play the whole time. Treats, toys, poop bags, and water was provided.

Wynshire Woods Dog Trail In Whitmore Lake

🌳🌲Welcome to Wynshire Woods! 🌲🌳 We feel so blessed to call this property our home, and would love for others to experience the beautiful nature we get to enjoy each day. Wynshire Woods includes over a mile of trails, fallen trees to sniff, hills to climb, and ravines to explore. Our 49 acre property is nestled in the woods, 1/4 of a mile off of the road with parking near our metal barn at the bottom of our driveway. We have over a mile of beautiful trails through hills and trees, with a short and long trail option. The long trail is about a mile long and takes 40-60 minutes to walk. The short trail is closer to 1/3-1/2 miles and takes around 25 minutes to walk. Take a break at the top of the first hill and relax in the hammock, taking in the peaceful nature around you. This is a great spot to bring a snack or picnic! We hope your dog(s) enjoy all the sights, sounds and smells throughout the woods- we have wild turkey, deer, many small wild animals to see, and and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. This is a completely unfenced property. We ask that all dogs are leashed or have a training collar for recall, as wildlife and farm animals are abundant on our property. Dogs MUST be safe with free range chickens and ducks i.e. NOT chase/hurt them. Part of the trail does go past our fenced goat area. We do have 4 dogs who are contained to an invisible fence which does not have access to the trails. As long as your dog does not come into their area, there will be no other dog interactions on our property.
