HOST NOTE

We have tall grass and sagebrush and this is snake country, so keep an eye out. There are also some pokey weeds. We found a small patch of poison oak in the top far side of the yard. It has been fenced off, it looks like twigs sticking up from the ground so please avoid touching them. THERE IS A SMALL FENCE AROUND IT. We have seasonal foxtails.

Garcia Ranch Rd speed limit is 15 mph please. Let us know if we're running low on supplies. Leash your babes until everyone is fully enclosed in the yard. Please do not let your dogs chase any of the wildlife outside the gated area. We truly appreciate it when you leave the Farm the way you found it. Front gate should be closed, water bowl emptied and on bar, toys in basket, empty water bottles in black can, DOG POOP and trash in home depot 5 gal bucket. Absolutely NO alcohol, smoking or vaping! Thanks!

We have a great home in the country but close enough to town, surrounded by rolling hills and horse properties. We love dogs and understand that sometimes it’s better to have the place to yourself. Our lower play space is fenced and ready for off leash fun. Basic agility fun added, more coming! I have a large space that I am sure a dog will love to run in. In the winter, post rain, it can get VERY muddy back there. Years of dogs running around has torn up a lot of the ground cover and it's now just dirt, which becomes mud in the winter. In the summer, the "grass" (more weeds than actual grass) gets very dry. There are some burrs due to the dryness so if your dog has longer fur they might get some attached to them. I do my best to weed the weeds that produce them, but there still might be some. It's a fairly large open space with a longer run on the side. Also, I want to note that in the back of the property the fence is lower, around 4/4.5 feet (the rest of the yard is at least 6 feet), so if your dog is a good jumper, this could be an issue.
