Our 1.66-acre property offers a spacious backyard surrounded by beautiful woods, perfect for exercising your dog, practicing obedience training, or simply enjoying some outdoor time away from crowded dog parks. A few things to know before visiting: * 🌿 Terrain: The property features natural wooded surroundings, with some sloped and uneven areas. Please watch your footing while exploring. * 🐕 Unfenced Property: Our backyard is not fenced and opens directly into the woods. Dogs must remain supervised and under control at all times. * 🐾 Resident Dogs: We have two German Shepherds who will remain securely inside our home during your entire visit and will not occupy the rental space. * 💧 Water Access: Guests are welcome to use the outdoor water faucet at the front of the house. Please bring your own water bowl. * 🗑️ Pet Waste: Please clean up after your dog. Bagged waste can be placed in the garbage can next to the house. * 🚗 Parking: Driveway access is available for guests. Whether your dog enjoys exploring, training, or simply getting some fresh air, our property offers a quiet, private setting for you both to enjoy! We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Lots of shade after noon! Parking is off street in my driveway - there's plenty of space! Membership price includes access to the agility area.
