🐾 Paws & Pines – Property Rules & Guest Guidelines 🌲 Welcome to Paws & Pines! We want everyone to have a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing experience. Please review and respect the following rules during your visit. 1. Dog Supervision: All dogs must remain under their owner’s supervision and control at all times. Our property is unfenced and opens directly into the woods. Leashes or long training leads are strongly recommended. 2. Property Boundaries: Please remain within the designated rental area. Neighboring properties and restricted areas around the residence are strictly off-limits. 3. Resident Dogs & Restricted Areas: We have two German Shepherds who will remain securely inside our home throughout your visit. DO NOT approach the rear basement door or the surrounding area where our dogs are housed. This area is strictly off-limits to guests and visiting dogs for everyone’s safety. 4. Uneven Terrain: Our property has natural slopes, uneven ground, and wooded areas. Please exercise caution while walking and supervising your dogs. 5. Pet Waste Disposal: We kindly ask all guests to clean up after their dogs. Bagged waste may be disposed of in the garbage can located next to the house. Alternatively, guests may relocate unbagged dog waste to the designated rear wooded area, away from the main yard and walking paths. Using a pooper scooper is strongly preferred. Please do not leave waste scattered throughout the lawn or recreational areas. 6. Water Access: Guests are welcome to use the outdoor water faucet located at the front of the house. Please bring your own water bowls. 7. Parking: Please park only in the designated driveway area without blocking access to the residence or other vehicles. 8. No Unattended Dogs: Dogs must never be left unattended. Owners must remain on the property throughout their reservation. 9. Respect the Property: No excessive digging, littering, smoking, open fires, or damaging landscaping or property. 10. Reservation Times: Please arrive and depart within your scheduled reservation time to respect our household’s privacy and other guests. 11. Daylight Visits Only: Due to the wooded surroundings and uneven terrain, visits are permitted during daylight hours only. 12. Security Cameras & Monitoring: Please be advised that our property is monitored by exterior security cameras. Video surveillance may be active throughout your visit, including the outdoor rental areas, driveway, and entryways. Cameras are used for safety, security, and property protection. 13. Leave No Trace: Please collect all personal belongings, clean up after your pets, and leave the property in the same condition you found it. Thank you for respecting our home and property! The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Lots of shade after noon! Parking is off street in my driveway - there's plenty of space! Membership price includes access to the agility area.
