Description

Norbrook includes 1+ acre that is fully fenced (4 foot welded wire) and 26 more acres of unfenced land. The unfenced area includes wetlands, a creek, several ponds, a steep hill with several reasonable walking paths, and some woods at the top of the hill. Feel free to take walks or let your doggos go for a swim, and hose off in the yard after!

HOST NOTE

The fenced yard is a mix of flat ground and gentle to deep slope, as can be expected in Vermont. There may be tiny rose bushes around the maple tree in the yard, not sure yet if they survived the winter.
