HOST NOTE

Most of the area is wooded and hilly. There is a pond at the front of the property which is not enclosed. There is the potential to encounter wild animals such as deer, raccoons, birds, etc. There is a barbed wire fence along part of the property line which is marked by *bright pink flagging* in the trees.

To the South is hayfield and our house is to the North. Our house is ~30ft from North side of park, but fully visible.
