Spacious 1+ Acre Dog Haven – Perfect for Fetch & Nature Walks! Welcome to your dog’s next favorite hangout and "Sniffari"! Our property offers over an acre of beautifully maintained, short-cut grass spanning the front and side yards—giving your pup plenty of wide-open space to stretch their legs. Looking for a dedicated play zone? The backyard features a fantastic area perfect for high-energy games of fetch and active play. There is also an area where they can Dig ! For dogs who love to explore new scents, the property borders a peaceful wooded forest line, ideal for a shaded nature walk. At the very back of the land, you'll even find a scenic stream. Please note: Access to certain backyard and wooded amenities comes with specific guidelines/restrictions, which we will happily discuss prior to booking. We are so excited to share our open space and put it to great use for our neighborhood dog pals!

🐾 Yard Rules & Boundaries Welcome to our property! To ensure a safe and fun experience for both your pups and our property, please review and follow our yard boundaries: House Footprint & Gardens: All flower beds, gardens, and landscaping close to the house are strictly off-limits. Please keep dogs on the open grass areas. Pool Area: The pool and the entire area within 5 feet of it are strictly off-limits for safety reasons. The Grape Vineyard: Our vineyard area is off-limits. Please ensure your dogs do not enter or forage near the vines. Digging Policy: Digging is only permitted in the designated "Digging Zone." If your pup loves to dig, we’ll point you right toward their special spot! Woods & Stream: The wooded forest line and the stream at the very back of the property are "roam at your own risk." Please use your best judgment regarding your dog's recall and safety in the natural terrain. Thank you so much for respecting our property! We hope you and your furry friends have an absolute blast.

Our house is on .22 acres of land, with our backyard completely fenced in! Our yard gets some sunshine but also some shade from the trees lining the back of the yard, so it’s great for those warm summer days! There’s a bit of a slope to walk down into the yard, so just be aware as you enter through the gate! Your pups will love to run around the yard, while you get to sit and relax on the patio at the table and chairs! We have a bucket of dog toys for your pup to enjoy! There’s a space with dirt and sand, feel free to let your pup dig through- we don’t mind! During the warmer months you can enjoy a kiddie pool (for a small fee) or just the mist setting on the hose to cool off. Please note we do not provide towels so be sure to bring your own if you want to enjoy these amenities! If you’d like to rent at night, our patio is lit up by string lights, and we have additional motion sensor lights placed around the fence in the yard, so it’s perfect for a late night play session! We are located next to the highway, so there is some noise from traffic. Overall not very loud but occasionally there is some elevated noise levels with trucks, motorcycles, etc. Our yard is sprayed every 3 weeks for ticks and mosquitos, but there is still bug spray available to use if ever needed! We hope you enjoy!!
