s experienced dog trainers, we know how hard it is to find a safe, open space where your dog can just be a dog. That is why we are opening up our backyard for private rentals on Sniffspot! Skip the chaotic public parks and give your pup a private paradise to run, sniff, and play.Our Space Features:Secure Fencing: A fully enclosed yard with a 6-foot privacy fence.Amenities Included: Fresh hose water, clean poop bags, and a dedicated garbage bin for easy cleanup.Summer Fun: A small kiddie pool is available and can be set up if your pup loves to splash!Distraction-Free: We have a senior resident dog, but he will remain safely indoors (and most likely sleeping) during your entire visit.Optional Play Partner: If you want to relax, we have a 15-year-old who loves to play with guest pups and tire them out. We always take bets on who will get tired first!🛑 Yard Rules & LimitsDog & Guest Limits: Maximum of 4 dogs and 4 humans per booking. Dogs must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times.Health & Safety: All visiting dogs must be up-to-date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines, and must be free of fleas, ticks, and contagious illnesses.No Digging: Absolutely no digging is allowed. Digging can damage the yard and create holes where dogs or people can trip and get very hurt. Please redirect your pup immediately if they start to dig.Scoop the Poop: Please pick up after your dog immediately using the provided bags and disposal bin.Behavior: If a dog shows severe stress, continuous barking, or unsafe behaviors, the session must be ended for safety.🚗 Arrival & Parking Instructions (Visible only after booking)Parking: Convenient street parking is available right outside.Check-In: Please text us when you are close by so we can unlock the gate for you.
