Location

Brooksville, Florida

Description

3.2 acres of fenced in property! Trees, open space and tons of smells + space for your pup. I have a puggle & Belgian malinois that love their yard, so I know your pup would too! Things to consider: I do have a burn pile on the property (trying to clear as I just moved in), my dogs avoid it but want to be transparent! Fencing isn’t super tall, so if you know your dog likes to jump fences please keep this in mind.

We recently moved to citrus County and have a fully functional front yard that is fully enclosed with a 6 foot chain-link fence. It would be a great place to let your dog run free and know that it’s safe from outdoor obstacles or possible injuries. We’re new at this so anything back would be greatly appreciated so please enjoy your time and pass on the good word to our little piece of paradise.

The total land amounts to 2.5 acres we don't currently have a dog so most areas would be open to dog traffic. The Pool not so much.
