Twin Oaks Ranch & Pool

16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. There is a low water trough your baby can drink water from. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. Thinking of becoming a member? Members receive hourly discounts and the pool is included with the membership. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

J&W's 2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Wesley Chapel

Welcome to my spot!! Quick housekeeping items: 1. Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, you don't need to close the gate if you found it opened when you come in. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. I recommend you stay closer to the front of the lot because my neighbor in the back on the northwest side (on the far left if you're facing the house) has 3 little dogs who love to do fence fighting. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in front of the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area. I'll put it in the dog waste collection bag when I see it. If you let me know you leave the bags on the concrete pad, I will be sure to take care of them quickly. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles. Enjoy your time. Thank you for checking out my spot. Have a lovely day!

Super easy to find with host instructions. Upon arrival we did hear a dog barking & some other animals, but after the first 5 minutes or so everything got quiet & my pup got curious. He loved all the new smells & having so much space to explore. Definitely suggest walking with your dog as there were some spots in the fence line where had my pup realized he could’ve dug & got out. He was too stimulated to realize though. They do leave some small water bottles out & a bowl. I would check your dog & yourself before leaving for ticks. I found one on my pup. I have a highly anxious pup & the first 5 mins or so we’re rough for him but once he was finally able to calm down he really enjoyed it. I’ll be back again!

Wonderful spot! Its very well shaded with a secured fence (if my dog could get out he would). Lots of trails to sniff and run and an agility course to play with. Bug spray, water bowl and water bottles provided by host. Also brought my toddler along and he had fun running around after the dogs. We will definitely be back! (Picture not of my dogs, but a cute caterpillar we saw)

We drove from Tampa and the drive was easy if you follow the directions provided when you book the spot, not your GPS. Beautiful property, fence is secure. We heard some dogs on a different property but never saw any. Nice trail for the dogs to walk off leash. Great agility equipment for them to drain energy in a shaded area. Most of the property is shaded. My two very active dogs were pooped after 50 minutes, we stayed two hours. I will come back.

My dog and I really enjoyed Satchel's Nature Place! There is enough space for a dog to run and play. Also, there is a bucket with toys, water, and a bowl provided at the entrance just in case you forgot any of that. Thanks for an amazing experience!

Absolutely love the new property! It’s about two hours from us, but well worth the drive! There was plenty of open space, and the nature trails were very nice as well. It was all well marked, and the fence seemed very secure. At times, we could hear other people, dogs, and animals, but it was only occasionally. Overall, very quiet and peaceful out there.

Wow! The new location for Satchel’s place is perfect. All the areas are well marked. We enjoyed the walking trail and open play area too. Piper loved smelling and touring the property. Piper is reactive to other dogs and was not bothered by the dogs who barked in the distance. We did not see any of these dogs during our visit. We did hear the rooster, but again did not see him. Worth the drive and every penny!

Excellent place! The largest area by far in the Tampa Bay area. ~5 acres, fully wooded with plenty of shade. Our pups had a blast, and they were exhausted after less than 1 hour.

Our rescue dog had a super time exploring this sniff spot. From downtown Tampa, the trip was 45 minutes on a Sunday morning and well worth it. You can tell someone has made an effort to keep the property safe and welcoming for dogs. We kept him on a 15 foot lead since his recall isn’t great, but even so he was thrilled with the adventure. Highly recommend and we will be back.
