55Very clean and very quiet!
55If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! Jessica was incredible. We stopped along the way of a long drive and she was so accommodating as traffic delayed our arrival. The space is IMACCULATE. So large. Great fencing. It’s gorgeous. She was also kind enough to let my other son (the human one) play on their swingset. It was a perfect stop during a long day of grueling travel. Will definitely stop again if I’m ever in the area!
55My dogs absolutely had the time of their lives running here! HUGE, beautiful space for so much fun. Thanks so much!
55Great spot. Open field. Nice shade tree to sit under. My dogs had a blast just zooming through the yard.
55Lovely spot!
55First time using Sniff-spot. Absolutely loved it and I think our guy did also. Was so nice to just let him run around and get his energy out! Definitely will be back!
55We had such a wonderful time at Jessica’s! My border collie ran her little heart out, and my golden retriever was in heaven rolling all over the soft grass. The yard was clean, safe, and had everything a dog could want. The host’s instructions were simple and easy to follow, which made the whole experience even better. We enjoyed our visit thoroughly and will definitely be back.
55This was our first time using SniffSpot, and my senior dog loved it! The host was easy to find, the view was beautiful, and the yard was well-kept. Highly recommend!
55Perfect when we need a close and quick spot to run the dogs!
55Amazing!

I walk my dogs daily. It’s great to walk without a leach. They can run and walk at their own pace. I love it. Has great views. The pond is pretty cool too. I let you have the yard to yourself when you are there. See if you can find the carving in one of the trees. 😎 The pool is off limits

Welcome to Mattis Manor: Where Good Dogs Go Feral 🐾🌾 Come stretch those legs, sniff ALL the things, and enjoy 5 beautiful acres of country freedom! Our property features a gorgeous spring-fed pond perfect for exploring, splashing, and cooling off after some serious zoomies. Wander the grassy paths, explore the fields, and let your dog’s nose lead the adventure. There are also two barns open for supervised sniffing and exploring—because apparently five acres wasn’t enough adventure. 😂 And the best part? Our little slice of dog heaven is surrounded by approximately 100 acres of beautiful farmland, giving you that peaceful, wide-open-country feeling away from the hustle, bustle, and distractions of town. Whether your dog wants to run, sniff, splash, explore, work on recall, or simply wander around pretending they own the place, Mattis is graciously willing to share his kingdom. 5 acres. Spring-fed pond. Two barns. Country views. Endless sniffs. Mattis Lee has inspected the premises and officially declared it FERAL APPROVED. 👑🐊
