Hi there! Thank you so much for visiting our Sniffspot and helping make us one of Peoria’s top-rated spots this summer. Over time, we’ve realized that maintaining the pool and property has become much more time-consuming than we ever anticipated. Because of that, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our calendar to future bookings while we honor all visits that have already been reserved. Once our remaining bookings have concluded, we’ll be removing our Sniffspot from the platform. We sincerely appreciate everyone who has supported us, respected our space, and shared so many wonderful memories here. Sunny Day Lawn

Our backyard is a wide open space with lots of fruit trees and plants for the sniffing! We have a large patio couch and umbrella to protect you from the sun. There is a basket of tennis balls for the pups enjoyment. We also include poop bags to clean up after your pup. On the back porch we have a utility sick and soap in case you need to wash your hands. The garden hose is also available for dogs that enjoy some water, we just ask you don’t let it run for your entire visit. You enter the yard through the gate in our carport.

14 Acres at Gambel Field

14 gorgeous grass acres with beautiful trees. Plenty of room to run or to work on dog obedience and skill training. Fully fenced separate from our smaller 1 acre field. Perfect for play dates with dog friends or just as a respite from the day to day stress and noise. Porta Potty, trash buckets, picnic tables and fresh water available. There will be irrigation lines in the field but we will try to keep them out of your way. During the summer the dogs can enjoy playing in the water sprays. **If you wish to book an event or large group gathering please message me for pricing. Events attempting to book through here will be not be allowed.

Our 0.18-acre yard gives pups plenty of room to run, play, and explore. 🏊‍♀️ Our dog-friendly pool features easy-entry steps and a shallow lounging area, and you’re welcome to swim alongside your pup! The pool reaches a maximum depth of about 5 feet. If you’ll be bringing 🚨 children who cannot swim 🚨, please let us know after booking. ✨ At night, the pool lights up! Choose classic white or colorful changing lights after booking. Patio lighting keeps the yard bright for safe and fun evening visits. 🎾 Whether your pup loves fetch, zoomies, swimming, or simply relaxing, there’s something for everyone. Feel free to bring a speaker and enjoy your favorite music while you unwind. 👥 Reservations include up to 2 adults per dog. Additional adult guests are welcome for a $10 fee per person. 🧹 Please help us keep the yard clean by picking up all trash, belongings, and used dog treats before leaving. Gum must be disposed of in the poop trash can only and should never be left on the patio, sidewalks, pool steps, or landscaping rocks. Unfortunately this is a big issue for us.😢 ☂️ Please do not adjust or move the pool umbrella. Unfortunately, we've had to replace it multiple times due to damage, and we'd love to keep it available for everyone to enjoy. ⚠️ The slide is currently cracked and unavailable for use. Sollie's Place: Private Parking! Pool, Agility, & Digging!

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Do agility, jump in the pool, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. If you know for sure that you won't use the pool, send me a message. I might be open-minded to a discount. 😊 Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just 2 jumps and weave poles. Feel free to move it around. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. The tunnel finally gave up in 2025. It tried so hard, but the sun ☀️ was too much. RIP blue tunnel. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

Gambel Field

Fully fenced and off the beaten path. With right at 1 full acre, there is plenty of room for your dog(s) to run. A perfect place to work on off leash commands/training or just to let off steam. This private fenced field looks out over a larger 14 acre grassy field. Gambel Field has some new features! We recently completed a new retaining wall. This change makes the spot a little bit bigger and makes the water hose easier to access. We have also installed a new 12' x 20' shade structure over the picnic table and park bench. The larger field is also available for animal events and training areas. Inquire for more information on the large field.

Come run, jump, and play in this grass manicured yard. Plenty of space to play catch and have fun zoomies. Plenty of shade as well.
