We enjoyed taking our dogs to this sniff spot. The yard was clean and picked up. Our dogs had a great time running around the yard. One of our dogs is very reactive and she did very well in the yard. We will come back!

Fully fenced in beautiful yard. My labrador puppy had a great time in this large yard. It was well kept up. We saw a dog peek out from a doggie door in the yard & the neighbors dog was out for a moment barking which our friendly dog loved both things. Otherwise completely quiet yard.

Nice sized yard, nice area. Wasn't expecting the owners dog to be coming in and out of yard through doggy door considering it states there's no other dogs. However me & my dog in training used it as an opportunity to train & she did well. Friendly dog. Just wouldn't recommend for any unfriendly dogs.
Host replied: Hi Sara, We apologize for the confusion, but due to the last minute booking we were not able to lock the dog door before your visit. We will modify the listing to make sure that other visitors are aware that we need a little bit of a heads up prior to the visit to ensure the dog access door is latched.

Backyard space was good and completely fenced in! All amenities were available and working. Allison does have a dog that came out of the garage and into the backyard, so if you have a dog that is not friendly this could be a concern if it were to happen again. However the dog was super nice and Allison quickly responded and closed the dog gate to the backyard. Would and plan on coming back! ☺️

Lovely private fenced yard bordering Mill Road Park. Private parking, handicap accessible. Come relax with your dog in this quiet haven, only 15 minutes from downtown Buffalo. We have a table and chairs available in non-snow seasons, water for your pup, access to a hose if you need to hose off at all. Please feel free to reach out if there’s anything else you need!
