Madeleine’s yard is peaceful and shady, just the right size for my boxer to run around a little and lie in the grass.
She provided water, (for dog and human) a new tennis ball and poop bags. Table and chairs. There were plenty of toys to play with, although my dog isn’t interested in toys. There are 2 little dogs behind a privacy fence that barked at first, but not for long. It was very quiet from neighbors. Madeleine was easy to communicate with and came out to say hi. It was a pleasant morning to sit and watch my dog enjoy the yard! We will be back!

Beautiful, serene & clean property. I went on a full Sun, hot day. Fortunately, this property has some shaded areas to stay cool. I brought my own water but They had a bowl of water out as well, Which was nice. Just bring a lawn chair or blanket if you are not a grass sitter. We are, so it was fine. It

Yard was very spacious and the fences were sturdy! My dog had a blast running around and sniffing all the scents. Backyard was easy to access and get in to. Will come again soon!

We enjoyed taking our dogs to this sniff spot. The yard was clean and picked up. Our dogs had a great time running around the yard. One of our dogs is very reactive and she did very well in the yard. We will come back!

Fully fenced in beautiful yard. My labrador puppy had a great time in this large yard. It was well kept up. We saw a dog peek out from a doggie door in the yard & the neighbors dog was out for a moment barking which our friendly dog loved both things. Otherwise completely quiet yard.

This Sniffspot was GREAT! I am visiting Buffalo with my rescue pup, and she’s not used to the commotion and sounds of the city. This was the perfect quiet retreat for her to run around and get some energy out! Her favorite things about this spot were the BIG stick in the box of goodies, and the kiddie pools to splash around in! 10/10 for sure!! 🐶❤️

Huge, fully fenced in yard! There were toys out for dogs to play with and kiddie pools ready to go! Water was already freshly poured into bowls. Hand sanitizer also out & available. Great spot, would def recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What other types of private dog parks are available?
Dog water parks
Many hosts have added water features like pools and/or are nearby lakes or rivers.
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
