Description

10 acres bordered by active electric fenced in cow and horse pasture. Lower property offers lake views and animal access from shore (people are not allowed to wade). 5+ acres are mowed, and an additional 2+ acres of trails and foot paths. Quiet and serene location far from roadways or neighbors. Let your dog run leash free or bring your GPS, wireless electric fencing system with you, and relax while your dog roams and discovers. We are animal friendly, but dogs will be inside or gone, and cats will either be inside or find trees while your pet enjoys the space. We do have a pool that is not dog friendly.

Please treat the property like it is your own or better. Clean up after yourself and animals and use provided trash cans. Please place any property you used back in its original location. Please be courteous of neighbors and their animals. Use of lake is for animals only. Pool is not usable by patrons or animals. Please be sure animals are up to date on shots and flea/tick treatments, as well as protecting and checking yourself. The property has been treated, but it is the country. Be aware we do have deer, squirrels, rabbits, and other animals that roam the property as well as '1' small snake sighting this year. Dog toys are available in the bucket near parking. Please park near the tan carport.

Failed foster mom here with acres of land and a heart for animals running and roaming free. Former teacher now youth program director loving life off the beaten path. My two dogs and four cats share 10 acres that backs up to a lake and fenced cow pasture and love trekking through the yard. We also love lounging on all our comfy spaces we've made, choosing between sun and shade as we need. We'd love to share our space with you too and let your dogs be dogs.

Fully fenced and partially shaded backyard in Northwest Greensboro near Highway 68 and 73 in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Close to Northwest Guilford Middle and High Schools, and Pearce Elementary. Gravel driveway with room for a few cars to park. Plenty of grass to run and play in. The yard has a gradual slope to it, not perfectly flat. There's a nice, big pavilion with a few camping chairs for people to sit in the shade, as well as, a couple of large trees to provide shade for doggie rest breaks. There are lots of sticks available for chewing or fetching. Host works from home and will stay inside unless help is requested! We're so happy to invite pet-owners and their dogs into our space and see them enjoy it as much as we do! Shelter volunteers are also welcome to bring shelter dogs for a "Dog Day Out"! Please read dog details for important info to note for potentially reactive dogs. We are working on improving stays for future visitors so please provide feedback on what you think would be great to add to our spot! Hopefully you have an amazing time here!
