55I loved this Sniffspot! It's a HUGE yard, with very secure fencing, and a nice mix of sun and shade. I wanted to work on recall with my dog in a large area that is not my yard, and this was perfect for that. I appreciated that they block off access to the back deck, because my guy would love to visit the host. We'll come back for sure. We left a little early because he got tired out earlier than I expected! Not a bad thing.

55This was our first time using this app and it was great! The yard was very well-kept and I was not worried about my dog being able to get out at all so we could just enjoy running around. I appreciated all the toys around to play with too and the water and towels provided. Will definitely keep this in mind to return to as my dog had a blast having so much space to run around!

Park owner’s dogs are inside the house during visits. On site dog groomer will occasionally walk drop offs and pick ups to clients outside of fence. These drop offs and pick ups take place up the hill from the park in the driveway and are generally out of sight of the park dogs and brief.

Occasional bicycles out on road. A large patch of woods and distance separates the park from the road. On site dog groomer will occasionally conduct drop offs/pick ups from the end of the driveway. This is usually brief and tries to be done out of view of guests and their dogs.

Description

Over 1 acre of pasture and field area- fully fenced with 6-8ft view friendly fencing. Located in the quiet, serene country of Orange County. Surrounded by Duke Forest and Triangle Land Conservancy forest on either side. Immediately adjacent to Brumley Forest south lot which contains over 600+ acres with trails for additional activities. Outside faucet with clean, potable water available along with several kiddie pools, benches, and playground equipment for the two-legged kids. We are out in the country so bug spray is always recommended. We are a Safe Space property. Please reach out with any questions or for additional information.
