15We were very disappointed, did not let the puppy play. We went evening around 5 PM. The yard was not kept clean, the owner had kept only small place available for play rest was locked
35Great big yard, this spot has potential with a little clean up and tlc. It is fully fenced but not very secure at the gate so if your dog is an escape artist, I would avoid this one. There was a large fox or coyote on the far side in the fenced area when I arrived. A fair bit of garbage laying around, some dog poop and my dog found an animal (possibly rabbit) carcass. It’s a good spot but could be maintained better especially now that the snow is gone.
35Pro - Large, flat, available, inexpensive, some trees, bush/hedges. Suitable for medium & large dogs. Cons - No garbage receptacle of any kind. Crows/Magpie had dropped fast food garbage there. Large paint can left for some time. Leg of dead bunny/cat w the fast food packaging, not feeling like area maintained by host regularly. Some fencing in northwest quadrant should be moved and a number of large fox/coyote/badger ? holes that could swallow smaller dogs, or break your ankle- even a few survey flags would be prudent. No path, very weedy under snow & in summer it will be choked w weeds. Nevertheless dogs had fun, little traffic, nothing to set reactive dog off.
55The yard was fully fenced and even my giant, nut job of a bully couldn’t escape. Talvir met with us and was very helpful in offering tips for training my beast.
55I brought three dogs to play and we stuck to the ‘training area’ or smaller fenced in park as that’s all they needed today. It was a great and securely fenced in area so they could run around off-leash and play!
55Talvir is a generous host and very knowledgeable about dogs with issues. Great space for our 3 furballs. Had to keep our new rescued border collie on a longline in the large area as he can’t be trusted yet and may have jumped the 4ft fence to chase cars! He’s still a work in progress! The enclosed area was big enough for chasing balls and toys so he had great fun, our other 2 loved it and had a great run. We will be back.
55The location was easy to find, Talvir greeted me at the driveway and showed me the property. Today we chose the smaller area with higher fences which is essentially a large yard (with lots of toys to be dug out of the snow!). We will absolutely be back soon to try the larger area !

Heyyo let me tell you a little bit of who I am. I specialize in training big dogs such a cane corso's, Shepards, mastiffs, and Dane’s. I work with separation anxiety, aggressive behaviour, anxiety triggered aggression, pulling while walking, patience cues, anything and everything correlated with behaviour development. I am extremely proud of what I do and my abilities to deliver on what I promise I say that very confidently. I've had pets my entire life and for the past four years, l've started caring for others in addition to my own.
