Kessel Run is built for speed and simplicity. With trees lining just one side of this open park, there’s tons of room for dogs who want nothing more than to stretch their legs and fly. It’s completely obstacle-free—perfect for fetch fanatics or dogs that just love to roam. Drive directly into the park, close the gate behind you, and let the zoomies commence—no leash drama required.

Private entrance to yard, you will not need to interact with me unless you want to or for emergencies. No way any dog could jump or escape. Mowed lawn, no obstacles. Yard includes outdoor chairs and a fire-pit. There is a back porch as well welcome to use. I have a dog myself, but he will be inside unless you’d like your dog to have a playmate! My dog is a mixed breed 87lbs good with most ALL dogs.

There is a gravel pad for drive-in parking – drive-in park your car, close gate behind you and let your dog out out of the car. There is also a gazebo with a picnic table, providing shade and a convenient spot to sit and take in the view. We do have plans of setting up agility obstacle this field. It is a work in progress. :) Please be advised that because we are on quite an old well, no water is provided on site. Please bring a bowl and drinking water for your pet.

Both parks are secured by a 4ft wooden fence with mesh wire fencing as well as around the parameter of all 4 acres, lots of parking anywhere on paved driveway or pull right into the play area. There is a front play area and a larger back play area that is fully fenced with mesh wire in addition to the entire acreage for added sense of security for our guests. Feel free to use either park during your visit. Please shut the gates to the park you are in as you may see family members enter the property or leave during your visit. Our dogs will never be let out during your visit and you will be the only guests having access to both play areas during your visit. We have very friendly horses as our neighbours that are very used to dogs. Welcome any suggestions to make your playtime more enjoyable. The Urban Pack Yard is a fully fenced, private inner-city space with approximately 2,000 sq ft for your pup(s) to sniff, explore and play. The yard has a mix of grassy, gravel, paved and cobblestone areas, with mature lilac bushes that pup(s) are welcome to wander through and explore. Dogs have access to the whole space, including the raised patio, and there’s comfortable patio seating for their humans too. The lawn is regularly mowed and the space is maintained for your visit. No interaction with me is necessary - you and your pup(s) can enjoy the space privately, but I’m happy to say hello or help if requested or in case of an emergency. This is a non-smoking property. I provide water bowls, dog brushes, toys, poop bags and a dog pool, with a garden hose available for drinkable water too. Whether you have one pup who needs some private space or a whole crew who wants somewhere to play together, you’ll have the yard privately to yourselves for your booking.
