45Spot was adequate and fencing was secure. Host was kind and accommodating! She responded quickly to my request and adjusted her settings to allow us to visit on short notice. She set out some balls for us to play with and didn't get angry when my dog popped one right away. Sadly, my dog is extremely terrified of firework/thunder/gun sounds and there is apparently a shooting range very close by. We only stayed a short time because she was too scared of the noise to play. Not hosts fault at all but when I messaged her to let her know she refunded our fee which was unnecessary but very kind. We recommend this spot if your dog is ok with the sounds from the range.
55Very private, quiet, and open! The host left out toys and was quick to answer questions when I arrived.
55Host was very nice and the yard and gate were great, even had toys you could use.
55Great space for my dog to get a break from the car on our road trip! She had a great time sniffing the whole space. Fence was secure and there was plenty of shade. Appreciated the clear description and instructions in the listing. If we ever need a road trip break in the future would stop again!
55Plenty of room for 2 large dogs to run around, shaded area, easy access, easy parking. Water and toys available and clean yard.
55Millie had a blast and the hosts were very kind!
55We just moved from 2 acres to an apartment while we wait for our new home to be built. My one pup is reactive as can be, plus the "dog park" here is tiny. Sniffspot and Emily to the rescue!! Nestled in a nice suburban neighborhood, just a house with a big square fenced in backyard! Emily has left some toys to toss, in case you forget your own. My guys had a great time running and playing off leash! We will defo be visiting this site again!
55Beautiful yard, sweet owners, my dog had lots of fun we’ll definitely be coming back!
55Just wanted to mention that in my last review, I had false information in it. Apparently I arrived fairly early without realizing it until much later, so that was why the host’s dog was in the yard. In the end I really have nothing to complain about!
55This was my first sniffspot ever, and I was quite impressed. The hosts provided us with water, toys, treats, and they also took care of the poop I picked up from my dog. They came out to greet us (they seem to be very kind and friendly people) and then let us be. My dog enjoyed the spacious area full of lots of smells and ran around. There was also plenty of shade to rest in. As a last good note, the fence was quite high so my dog could not escape. The only issue I had was that when we first arrived, their dog had escaped into the sniffingspot before we got into the enclosed area. Even so, the hosts took care of the issue promptly and there were no more problems. As I was their first ever guest, I’m certain this won’t be a recurring problem for future ones. I will definitely be frequenting this spot again.

Description

Come enjoy our backyard! It's our dog, Charlotte's favorite place to be. Plenty of fully fenced open space to run and play! Bring your own toys, or we'll leave some out for you and your pooch to enjoy!

Cleanliness

100% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

HOST NOTE

Uneven ground in the yard, so the occasional dip or tree root can take down a dog or human. The field on the otherside of the fence often has deer, turkeys, cats, groundhogs, etc. The local fish & game gun range is down the road and gunshot sounds do carry this way. There is old aluminum siding under the deck, so please be aware of your pups safety.

Extras

Agility Equipment8 credits

We'll set up some simple plastic agility equipment for you! Whether you just want to try it out for fun or to teach your pooch it's a blast!

Photo Session25 credits

A photo session for your pup! Let me get to know your dog and snap some of your new favorite photos of your precious baby!

Enjoy half an acre of yard with a small fruit/veggie garden! (If you see something ready to pick, please feel free to grab what you'd like) Your dog can run and play for however long they would like! Want a small kiddie pool or splash pad? I'll accommodate! I have two dogs, one large and one small (in the pictures). I will ensure they are kept in the home for the duration of your time to enjoy the yard! The driveway is large, so plenty of space to accommodate any size vehicle. My home is located right off the Carlisle Pike by Aldi! I can't wait to share my yard with your pups!
