Please note: The main yard is not fenced, making it ideal for dogs with good recall or those using long training lines. Dog & Human Friendly Pool: Want to cool off? We have an awesome pool that both dogs and humans are welcome to swim! We ask that 1 human/dog in the pool unless other arrangements are made with us prior to your visit. For everyone's peace of mind, the pool area is fully fenced. The remainder of the back yard is not fenced in, but is accessible for well-trained dogs with recall.

Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. A couple of further notes to be aware of. First off, this is not a small yard that is perfectly kept with 100% grass coverage. It is a very large field with some large trees especially in the back. Because of that, if we get heavy rain it will likely be a bit soggy, and there might be some spots of mud. This is mostly noticeable in the cooler months, but even in the summer if we get enough rain it is possible. If you have any issues with your dogs running and playing in a large field/wooded environment after heavy rainfall please be aware and schedule accordingly! Another note is there is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though, we actually like it! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!

Also a note that the Nextdoor neighbors have chickens and a pup that they keep in an enclosed area. Quite likely you’ll hear them during your exploration of our yard!

Other than that from the fence in area there are no dogs visual. Towels, hamper, water bowl, trashcan and dog poo bags are on the patio. Pool and splash pad setup guaranteed with a 2-hour notice. However we will do our best to set it up with fresh water in between every guest even with a minimal notice it just might be getting filled up when you arrive.
