Welcome to our enchanting Sniff Spot, a haven for your furry friend’s senses! Nestled within a fully fenced yard, this idyllic spot boasts a captivating wildflower garden that provides a riot of scents. Picture your pup weaving through vibrant blooms that tickle their nose and engage their curiosity. The crown jewel of this canine paradise is an ancient magnolia tree and majestic black walnut trees that create an environment both you and your four legged friend will adore. Our Sniff Spot ensures a safe and secure play area, allowing your dog to explore, romp, and enjoy!!

3.5 acres, fully-fenced, mostly wooded property. There are walking trails throughout and a little stream that goes from about 3 inches deep to 3 feet deep. There are two bridges that cross the stream. Very serene walk in the woods to enjoy nature with your pup or pups. Perfect spot for running, playing, sniffing, digging and exploring! This is a natural, wild backyard so you can expect natural plants and wildlife -plenty of things to investigate and sniff! Reminder that this is a property within a wooded area so encounters with natural wildlife and insects could occur. A few times I saw a Coyote off in the woods in the neighbors yard as well, but not in my own yard. Once you book, you and your dog(s) will be the only ones there during your time. The “spot” becomes unavailable for everyone when you reserve it. Only one person “rents” the space at a time! Sniffspot automatically builds in a 30 min buffer between sessions as well so there is no chance of overlap.

Fully fenced in and large enough for multiple dogs. There are chickens that are inside a secured pen.

Great big beautiful backyard. Fully fenced. Enjoy patio and shaded gazebo space. Easy access to water spout. Water bowls, tennis balls, and poopie bags included. There are also great sticks around for chewing or playing fetch. Neighbors are super friendly. Park in driveway.

We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. You can hike for miles if you want and probably won’t see another person. We have a doggy paradise on our 3+ acres.
