15This was my first time using SniffSpot, so I wasn’t totally sure how everything worked. The listing didn’t have much information about the property, and while it did mention the second driveway on the right, I didn’t catch that detail until after we arrived. The spot was only partially fenced, which wasn’t ideal for dogs with imperfect recall, but my main concern was the lack of clear parking instructions. I ended up pulling into a nearby driveway to turn around, and a man approached us carrying a rifle slung over his shoulder. While I understand the right to carry, it felt really unsafe and intimidating — especially considering this is supposed to be a place for dog owners to feel welcome. He mentioned that if he had known we were coming, he would have put his dogs up, which made the whole experience feel even less organized. I’m giving this spot 1 star. I had my boyfriend with me, but if I had been alone, I would have been terrified.

When you arrive park in the gravel driveway walk between the tall shop and the fence to the double gates. There is chairs and a bowl of water for dogs, as well as a black tote with dog toys additional water if needed, doggie bags and bug spray, and hand sanitizer and sunscreen. There is a pooper scooper available and a ceiling fan duster that you can use to sweep off any grass your dog might have got on them playing in the field. I have cornhole next to the dog toy tote and a baseball net and some softballs and a bat out there as well feel free to hit a few balls, you can move the net even the chairs anywhere you like on the property just put them back at the end of your stay. Please enjoy my space I hope you find it relaxing and peaceful and the dogs find it adventurous.. I recently purchased an 18ft above ground pool that is now located in the pasture area, the pool is not dog friendly.
