Spacious, fully fenced private yard in Roanoke with plenty of room for dogs to run, sniff, and get their zoomies out! This large open space features a gentle hill for extra exercise, a mix of sun and shade, and secure fencing for peace of mind. Great for high-energy dogs, or anyone looking for a quiet, stress-free place to play.

HOST NOTE

This is a natural yard space, so please supervise your dog at all times. Vegetation: Yard includes typical grass and natural plant growth, including a bamboo area along the fence line. Ground variation: Uneven terrain and a small area of exposed dirt/old fire pit ash. Patio area: Brick patio may have stored items (wood and miscellaneous materials). Fencing visibility: Chain-link fence allows visibility to neighboring properties where animals may occasionally be seen or heard. We recommend supervision for dogs that: Tend to chew or eat plants/objects Are sensitive to new environments May try to dig or explore edges There are two short metal screws sticking out of the patio on both sides and could be a potential tripping hazard for people.

Please do not allow digging or damage to fencing, patio, or property. Be mindful of the space—leave it as you found it and take all trash/belongings with you. Neighboring animals (small dogs and a chicken) may occasionally be visible or heard—please ensure your dog is comfortable with this. This is a private residential property—please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level. Guests are responsible for ensuring the space is appropriate for their dog’s size, behavior, and temperament. Thank you for helping keep this a safe, clean, and enjoyable space for everyone!

Before your first visit, you should get an auto-message 2 hours before your reservation with turn by turn directions. Now on to the good info. The primary area is about 1 1/2 acres. I use it for dog sports such as Toss and Fetch (disc). It is ideal for throwing a ball, a disc, or just letting your dog run. There is a shed in this area that has chairs, toys, etc. for guests. There is an agility field, available by special permission only, for those with prior agility experience. See extras.
