Hi, I’m Ricardo. I live out in the quiet countryside of Centerville, Texas, where my family keeps a peaceful, open property surrounded by trees, wildlife, and plenty of space to breathe. Our yard is large, private, and lightly wooded, giving dogs the freedom to explore natural scents, burn energy, and enjoy real Texas outdoors away from traffic and noise. This spot is not fenced, so it’s best suited for well-trained dogs, strong recall, or long-line play. The wide-open layout makes it great for exercise, decompression, scent work, and relaxed nature time. I maintain the grounds regularly, and the area stays clean, quiet, and safe. If your dog loves a calm, rural environment with space to roam; this place was made for that. Come enjoy some fresh air, country peace, and good Texas hospitality.

It is partially wooded in the back - feel free to grab sticks to toss with your pups, but beware of the mosquitos - we provide bug spray, but this is Texas! We have a covered patio with seating as well as a deck that has two gazebos. The uncovered portion of the deck does get quite hot in the summer, so please be careful. We have a fun turf area and rock box for your human kids to play in as well. Feel free to use the fire pit while your dog runs around, with reservations of at least two hours.
