The yard is large enough to play fetch, get the zoomies out and enjoy a beautiful Charleston day. It’s also small enough that you can always have eyes on your pup(s) - kids are more than welcome too!! There are several benches, a sunken fire pit (we have a cover over it for safety- but can easily be lifted if you wish to use), water hose, table and outlets for use at all times. If needed/ requested, I can put up an umbrella for shade, set up a sprinkler, open the door for restroom use, etc. I work from home and am happy you accommodate, chat, or stay out of your way - whatever your preference is.

Small working farm on Johns Island

I have had my spot mostly closed for a little while due to family issues. I have started to open the calendar up more and more, however. If you don't see any time open on the day you would like, message me, and I may be able to accommodate you and open your desired time slot. The property is a small working farm on Johns Island with goats, chickens, geese and ducks. There are 20+ acres of undeveloped land. Approximately half of it is fields that aren't currently planted. Some of the fields are cut low and some are high grass with lanes cut through them. The other half of the property is woods. There are also several ponds. The property is perfect for training dogs to track or retrieve or just to let them explore.

Flat, clear backyard of 1/4 acre lot in quiet neighborhood. Occasional squirrel on the fence but no other animals to worry about in the yard otherwise. There are calm, respectful dogs that live on the other sides of our fences but my dogs have no issues with them.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this spot is ideal for an stress-free visit where you and your dog can unwind, play, and enjoy nature together. Note that I put sometimes to seeing another dog because there’s a beagle that lives way back in the house in the photo that is sometimes outside and will bark at the excitement. He is fenced in his own yard though.
