Flat, clear backyard of 1/4 acre lot in quiet neighborhood. Occasional squirrel on the fence but no other animals to worry about in the yard otherwise. There are calm, respectful dogs that live on the other sides of our fences but my dogs have no issues with them.

The fenced in yard has comfy St. Augustine grass, several trees, and backs up to protected wetland (no neighbors behind the house). The yard is large enough to play fetch, get the zoomies out and enjoy a beautiful Charleston day. It’s also small enough that you can always have eyes on your pup(s) - kids are more than welcome too!! There are several benches, a sunken fire pit (we have a cover over it for safety- but can easily be lifted if you wish to use), water hose, table and outlets for use at all times. If needed/ requested, I can put up an umbrella for shade, set up a sprinkler, open the door for restroom use, etc. I work from home and am happy you accommodate, chat, or stay out of your way - whatever your preference is.
