Fully fenced, private backyard (about 0.25 acre) with lots of shade for off-leash time. Great for dogs who need space away from busy parks, crowds, or overstimulation. Ideal for sniffing, exploring, playing, or relaxed training sessions. ‼️ ‼️ Important to note: there is a neighboring dog behind the back fence that may be outside at times and can occasionally be seen or heard. My dog loves running the fence line with my neighbors dog. It is double fenced (I have a fence and my neighbor has a fence so the dogs can’t touch each other) There’s a seating area with table, chairs, and umbrella so you can relax while your dog enjoys the yard. ✔ Fully fenced yard ✔ Tons of shade throughout the day ✔ Quiet, low-traffic area ✔ Seating with umbrella ✔ Poop bags provided ✔ Power outlet access ✔ Water bowl provided + hose access ‼️ ‼️ Important to note: there is a neighboring dog behind the back fence that may be outside at times and can occasionally be seen or heard.
