Dog Paradise in Northwest Charlotte

**The pool is open for the season!** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool (unless you're actively helping or playing with them). Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. The Long and Short of it Park

We have a large backyard that is fully fenced. Most of the fence is six foot or taller privacy fence, with four foot fencing along the driveway. There is plenty of space for dogs to run and play plus shade and outdoor seating if you want to take a break. There is water outside too. Please pick up after your dogs and just drop any waste in the small trash can by the back of the garage. There is space under the storage shed where smaller dogs can go underneath. It’s fine there’s nothing under there but some leaves and such and we will close that area off soon. Come enjoy the backyard! We are sure our dogs look forward to all the new smells from visitors too!

Great for agility practice, confidence building, scent games, and sport training. Cool shaded tree canopy and lower level covered patio with chairs.

With no homes behind the property and one neighboring house currently unoccupied, the yard feels surprisingly open and private despite being close to the city. Ideal for: • Dogs that need room to sprint • Owners looking for private off-leash space • Apartment or small-yard dogs needing extra room Features: • 6’ privacy fencing around the majority of the yard • 4’ fence section along the driveway (not recommended for known escape artists or high jumpers) • Flat, well-maintained grass • Large shaded areas from mature oak trees • No rear neighbors + skyline view • Simple, low-touch access Please Note: • Property is located near an active rail line. Trains pass intermittently every few hours and the whistle can be loud. Most dogs are unbothered, but noise-sensitive dogs may want to consider before booking. • Property includes a rope swing.
