PRICE & HOURS $12 per dog per hour · Open 8 AM – 6 PM daily DESCRIPTION Welcome to our quiet hilltop yard in Chattanooga! A large, fully fenced grassy space where your dog can run, sniff, and play off-leash in total privacy — no other dogs, no crowded dog park. Plenty of open room for fetch and zoomies, a gentle slope, trees for shade, and a beautiful view over the valley. Our own dogs stay inside the house during your visit, so your pup will have the yard entirely to itself. GETTING IN Come in on your own — no need to knock. Enter through the side gate, or through the wide 10-ft gate at the bottom of the hill. Please close and latch the gate behind you. HOUSE RULES • Please clean up after your dog and leave the yard as you found it — waste in the trash, and take everything you brought with you • Keep the gate closed and latched at all times • Dogs stay inside the fenced yard, supervised by their human • The deck is private — please don't open the deck or house gates • You are fully responsible for your dog at all times. We are not liable for any injury to your dog during your visit, and owners are responsible for any damage their dog causes to the yard or property.

Hi, we're Naj and Art! Animal lovers through and through — we share our home with two dogs and six rescued parrots. Our hilltop yard is our favorite part of the house, and we're glad to share it with your pup. You'll have total privacy during your visit: our dogs stay inside, and we generally won't come out to meet you — the yard is all yours. All we ask is that you leave it as lovely as you found it. Very convenient to Highway 153 at the Bonny Oaks exit. It's a quiet neighborhood, with lots of mature trees for shade. Please park to the right hand side of the house which is where the gate is located by the motorhome. There are fenced dogs across the street, but none to the left, to the right, nor behind my house. My cat has freedom to roam via her pet door, so you might see Fluffy around. She will let you pick her up and enclose her into the back porch, if you want to. Just latch the screen door (if you don't want her to potentially interact with your dog) then open it back up again before you drive away. The hill is great for exercise! You're welcome to have a seat at the table, or start up a fire in the solo stove. An outdoor shower isn't ready for human use, but fine to bathe your dog in! Enjoy!
