55The spot was great. The trails were clearly marked and there was lots of room to run and play in the fields. The neighbors German Shepherd was out but he was very well behaved and stayed on his property.

55This was our first sniffspot trip and our boys LOVED it!!! So much space to run around, multiple little grass trails cut through so your pups can get lots of different smells and steppies in. Good open, secluded area for fetch if your dogs like that (mine are just runners). Appreciated the water station for the pups, and were offered to use the hose for rinsing them, but it's bath day anyway! While walking back through the wooded path, the neighbor's dog did walk at the tree line to see what was going on, but didn't come in to investigate. If we had taken the direct path with no trees, we would've run into the pup - just a note for super reactive or dog selective pups, maybe take the path through the trees just in case! Overall, we loved this spot 10/10.

55I’ve been eyeballing this spot for a couple weeks now and I’m so glad we finally made the drive out there to visit! It was so beautiful and peaceful and my dogs and son had the best time exploring. Being that it was 91+ when we got there, the new gazebo was our resting spot before leaving. Thank you so much for all the care you’ve put into your land and for opening it up to pups! Can’t wait to go back. 🙂
55It’s a perfectly cut trail thought out a grass field. It has the cutest water station with a beautiful made picnic table at the entrance. My friend’s family and mine, did introductions of our dogs here. This was the perfect spot for it. They had plenty of room to run and play throughout the field and the wooded area surrounding it. The kids were able to run and play with the dogs and also meet them for the first time. It was a perfect Sunday outing. That may be a new weekly thing.

“My dogs will be kept in the house during visits. You access the property without going inside this area, but you will pass by it. The neighbors have a shepherd, and use an invisible fence. The closest part of the fence is 50 feet from the start of the path, and only gets wider from there. Map imagery available upon request.”

The back of the yard is partially wooded but plenty of space to run and play. I am an owner of 4 dogs of which 3 go in the back the 4th is a rescue with high anxiety and gets walked. I do have dogs on both side of me. One side is quiet the other are hounds that will bark or howl. Currently there is an above ground pool not covered and no deck around it only steps. The steps will be removed soon and it will be closed for winter. Great running space for any dog that needs to stretch there legs.
