Hi! I’m Joanne, and this is my dog Nifty’s favorite place in the world—so I thought I’d share it with other wonderful dogs and their people. We have 15 private acres with woods, open fields, and river access, and it’s been such a gift for my dog to have a safe space to run freely. I know not every dog thrives at dog parks, so I wanted to create a peaceful alternative. This space is especially loved by dogs who need a little extra room or prefer a quieter environment. The property is fenced along the two “long sides” which encourages your dog to stay nearby but with lots of roaming space. The fence is NOT fully secure. Please see the section about fencing. Near the cabin, there’s a cozy seating area where you can relax under the trees while your dog enjoys the space. We’re so happy to share this space with you and your pup! It’s meant to feel simple, calm, and restorative. 🐾 A Space That Gives Back This Sniffspot was created not just for dogs to enjoy, but to make a difference. Net proceeds are donated to animal-focused charities supporting rescue, care, and second chances. Welcome to The Wag & Woof on Wilson! Located on a quiet dead-end street, our private dog park offers just over a quarter acre of securely fenced field space for you and your pup to enjoy. The park features a double-gated entrance with secure access code entry, providing a safe and stress-free experience. Guests can relax under the sun shade on our bench seating or enjoy the table and chairs with umbrella while their dogs explore. Fresh water is available for dogs, along with toys for play and a fun fire hydrant feature. We’re continuously improving the space and look forward to adding agility equipment in the future to make visits even more enjoyable. Whether your dog needs room to run, train, play, or simply enjoy some off-leash time, The Wag & Woof on Wilson provides a clean, private, and peaceful setting for dogs and their people.

*Same Spot. New Owners* Hot day, rainy day, cold day, snowy day - pop over over a fully enclosed romp in our private 80' x 180' indoor (riding) arena. Visitors are welcome to use the equine obstacles available in the indoor or bring your own. High windows in the building prevent visitors from seeing the other animals. Horses and donkeys are kept on site but not in the area of the spot. Openings starting at 30 minutes and up to full day rentals. Happy to chat about weekly club, daycare or spots. Please no digging in the arena footing. Please leave everything as you found it. Guests must sign a waiver on their first visit. The building is equipped with security cameras inside and out. Surrounded by the charm of old New England and neighboring farmland, it's a peaceful place to let your dog stretch their legs and just be a dog.
