45I’m sure this is an awesome space and yard. Unfortunately we were not able to make it past the gate where the neighbors dogs stormed the fence and one jumped the fence and unfortunately got my dog. I’m sure a great spot when a private day.
15Upon arrival, I entered the yard with my dog leashed. When we entered the yard, the neighbor's 2 dogs came after my dog. The larger of the two hopped the fence and I was forced to leave the Sniffspot. I am sure this is a lovely spot. If you have reactive dogs, please be mindful of this before entering!
55Yard is a great size for zoomies with some sticks from the trees laying around. Entry is easy to find right on the side of the house. The entire process was painless, though the neighbor has some pretty massive dogs that could easily clear the fence if they wanted to. Had a solid 30 seconds of them growling and jumping at the fence before I picked up my pittie to get her away. I wouldn't say it's a problem as the neighbor brought their dogs in but it did give me a little panic attack for a second. Otherwise, great space for roaming and sniffing and marking. Will return again.
55The yard is fully fenced, but if you have a jumper it may not be the best for you as the fence is low is some spaces. Otherwise the yard is big and has lots of room to have the zoomies.
45Nice big yard with plenty of space for running around. We heard dogs in nearby yards but didn’t see any close by while we were there.
45We’ve been coming here semi-regularly for months. The yard is excellent, fully fenced, no big mud spots, and water bowl provided (sometimes treats too!). The issue: the neighbors dogs have gotten increasingly bothered/reactive to dogs. Our dogs are indifferent and don’t engage or provoke but the neighbors dogs hop up on the fence and bark. Today for the first time, the neighbors dog jumped over the fence. My friend handled our dogs while I alerted the neighbor. Luckily, we were able to keep the dogs apart but BIG warning to anyone with a reactive or aggressive dog. The fence is short and your dog and the neighbors dog may be able to jump up or over and make contact.
55I was unable to make it to my reservation but the host was very quick to answer my questions and understanding of the situation.
55Love coming to this spot! The neighbors dogs have been out both times I came over which was surprising as they stand at the fence and bark but the neighbor brought them in shortly after so it wasn’t too bad of a problem.
35Warning: this SniffSpot has shared fences with at least 2 other properties with dogs. We had 3 dogs jumping, running and barking along the fence throughout our visit. I did not see anything in the description about this and it could have been a really bad situation with reactive dogs. Description needs to be updated. Otherwise the space was nice and the dogs had fun getting some run time.

A spot Jaco enjoyed for 12 years and would like to continue to share with his canine pals. There are trees with plenty of sticks for chewing on. Flat grassy area for races, wooded area for hide n seek. Completely fenced in, so not to worry.

The backyard is completely fenced with a gate on either side of the home. Please feel free to utilize the picnic table and patio furniture and the accessible hose for fresh water. FYI - you have to turn the hose super far to the left for water to start flowing. There’s plenty of room to park in the driveway! We love to see pics of your pups enjoying the space. :) FYI - we had septic work done 2/26/26 but everything is safe for visitors. Also, you may occasionally see us in the front yard, especially as the weather gets warmer. But we will not enter the back yard during your visit.
